About the Certified Restoration Drycleaning Network (CRDN) of Arizona
Certified Restoration Drycleaning Network (CRDN) of Arizona is a division of Bell Drapery & Cleaners, a family owned and operated business. Michael Jordan is president and owner of both entities.
We became affiliated with the CRDN brand 16 years ago, and are proud of the relationship we have established and the reputation we have earned. Michael served on the Partners Advisory Committee for CRDN – a group comprised of 10 prestigious CRDN franchise owners – for 10 years, and was a member of the board of directors from 2005-2011.
CRDN recognized Michael and his team as its "Shining Star" in 2004; each year, this franchise has grown. As such, Michael has been recognized at the platinum level in sales every year of its operation. CRDN of Arizona has been the Number One franchise in America on two occasions since it opened. Through the hard work of a tenacious sales team, and operations crew, we were again bestowed this honor at the April, 2016 international conference. The Certified Restoration Drycleaning Network is an international organization comprised of experienced, highly trained textile (clothing, fabric, and personal belongings) restorers who specialize in insurance restoration laundry and drycleaning services for all types of loss. Adept at restoring textiles damaged by fire, smoke, water or exposure to mold and other contaminants, CRDN members offer an effective, efficient and proven solution for insurance professionals seeking to reduce costs and improve margins while closing claims quickly.

The most notable example is CRDN franchise member involvement with ABC-TV's "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition." CRDN of Arizona proudly participated in the 2007 and 2008 season openers of this successful ABC series.
